Round 110: We're Baaaack

The guys are back, and they first fill you in on what the heck they have been doing.  Then they hit on an array of topics that they have missed since the last show.  These include the Kings' Stanley Cup title, the Spurs' NBA title, the NBA Draft, NBA Free Agency, and Ray Rice's 2-game suspension.  There's also a foray into the Lion's Den.

The second part of the show got cut off, which we apologize for, but there's plenty for you to enjoy!

Round 109: The Jacksons, If You're Nasty

The guys have comprehensive analysis of the NFL Draft, including but not limited to: steals of the draft, good trades, bad trades, which teams killed it, and which teams were off the mark. Of course, there's also plenty of Michael Sam discussion, which prompts Leo into a bit of a tirade.

Other topics on the table include the NBA playoffs and the Stanley Cup playoffs. Find out who is more to blame for the Clippers' stunning Game 5 loss, and if Tony can handle another Game 7 for his L.A. Kings.

Finally, Leo's Lion's Den is heavy on next month's World Cup, and the Sandusky features not one, but two African nations.

After this, Penny Palmer, who is the mother of the Candle's first born son and not an NBA fan nor a Physical Therapist, gives her insight on the NBA playoff injury report.

The NHL playoffs have also begun, and so the guys give you their predictions there, too.

Before the usual final segment, the Sandusky, we try to keep things light by giving you a List segment that features some of the best fantasy baseball team names for 2014.

Round 106: The Hebrew Hummingbird

It's a potpourri discussion of topics this week, off the cuff. The guys touch on UConn's college basketball win, the Oscar Pistorius trial, Colin Kaepernick being investigated, the NFL Draft, the film "Draft Day", and some early MLB impressions.

In between, we squeeze in a List segment, a Time Machine, and the Sandusky. The List this week offers up the pro wrestlers who died at far too young an age (RIP Ultimate Warrior); the Time Machine takes you back to moments in sports where fans got involved; and the Sandusky is a one-on-one battle this week.

Round 105: The Blue Bomber

The guys are back after a bit of a hiatus, and the three biggest topics up for discussion are the NCAA Tournament, the start of the MLB season, and the Jerry Sandusky Award.

Florida, UConn, Wisconsin, and Kentucky are this year's Final Four teams, and the guys break down how they got there, who will win, and, yes, Leo has a chance to win this year's NCAA Tournament pool again.

With baseball season upon us, we'll let you know which teams will reach the postseason and why, and we'll also unveil our predictions for each league's MVP, Cy Young Award, and Rookie Of The Year winners.

Finally, it's time for the winner of the First Quarter Jerry Sandusky Award to be revealed. Sit back and enjoy...the guys are back!

Round 104: Feeding Frenzy

NFL free agency is hectic, wild, and super fast-paced, and the guys fill you on all the big news. And in true Unprotected Sports fashion, they don't just tell you what happened; they tell you what moves they liked, what they didn't like, and why.

Leo brings a Lion's Den that features a brand-new sponsor to our show, so be sure to look out for that, and offers up two NHL games for your wagering pleasure. Tony authors a List segment as well, one centered on the Top 10 one-hit wonder athletes.

Finally, our two guys award one Sandusky each, as we march towards the conclusion of our First Quarter.

Round 103: Cameltoe In Hermantow

The Winter Olympics are over, and the guys bring you two different top 10 Lists. One goes over the most impressive athletes from Sochi, while the other discusses the ones that were the most disappointing. With 20 things to go over, the Games are touched on from just about every angle, and rest assured that our resident Russky, The Lion, is happy with the outcome. The Time Machine also makes a return, with memorable Winter Olympic moments as the subject.

Other topics this week include NFL scouting combine news, whether or not Jim Harbaugh and the 49ers are headed for a divorce, whether or not Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook can co-exist, and various teams' "Mount Rushmores."

Lastly, we have 6 stories under consideration for the Jerry Sandusky Award, and we give out two awards.

Round 102: Seattle State Of Mind

With Leo off this week, Tony is joined once again by Seattle's own Rochelle Taylor, who makes her second appearance on the show. She offers her thoughts on the reaction of the city to the Seahawks' Super Bowl triumph, as well as how the team can keep their winning ways for years to come. She also touches on Michael Sam's coming out announcement, and if the Seahawks could be a team interested in drafting him.

With Rochelle being a die-hard Yankees fan, Tony had to ask her about the team's offseason, and she discusses the decision to let Robinson Cano walk in free agency, her thoughts on the players they did end up signing, Derek Jeter's retirement announcement, and, of course, the whole A-Rod suspension fiasco.

Tony then wraps up the show with a Pussification topic. No Sandusky Award this week, so next week we'll award two "winners."

Round 101: Asma

The Winter Olympics in Sochi and Michael Sam's coming out of the closet are two of the biggest stories in the sports world, and the guys have thoughtful discussion and debate about both. Which Olympic events are really sports, and which ones are merely competitions? How much of a legend in Russia is retiring figure skater Yevgeni Plushenko? And why are so many high-profile U.S. athletes already choking?

Speaking of U.S. athletes, an interesting story is the subject of the NIA Of The Week, a segment that makes a long-awaited return to our program. We also have another Simply Perfect Award for your listening pleasure, as well as the never-disappointing Sandusky Award.

Round 100: Get Vaughn Up!

The episode that follows the Super Bowl just happens to be a milestone for us, as we celebrate our 100th show. The guys have reaction and analysis to the drubbing that was the Seahawks' win over the Broncos, of course, but that's not all that's in the news. Other subjects touched on include better Super Bowl games, Curt Schilling's cancer announcement, and Sochi's readiness for the Winter Olympics.

Since it's our 100th show, we manage to squeeze in almost all of the segments that have been introduced in the show's history, including rapid fire questions, The List, The Simply Perfect Award, The Lion's Den, The Time Machine, The Pussification Of America, and the one and only Jerry Sandusky Award.

Thanks for sticking with us for 100 shows! We look forward to the next 100.

Round 99: Super Bowl Preview

It's time for the Broncos and Seahawks to get it on, and the guys break down the big game as only they can. Tony gives you his keys to the game, and then Leo presides over the Lion's Den. Not just any Lion's Den, mind you: this is the Super Bowl we're talking about, and that means prop bets. And for the third year in a row, Leo unveils his Top 10 prop bets.

That isn't our only Top 10 list of the week, though, as the List segment reveals the top 10 sports movie villains of all time. And speaking of villains...the Jerry Sandusky Award never disappoints!

Round 98: Harbitch

The guys have reaction to Denver and Seattle advancing to the Big Game, with a lot of talk about plays made by Wes Welker and Richard Sherman, and how those plays affected their respective teams' games. Speaking of football, we'll play a soundbite that must be heard to be believed.

In baseball news, Mashiro Tanaka is a Yankee, and while Leo argues that it's a terrible deal for them, Tony will tell you why they had to have him.

There's also a List segment, a Simply Perfect Award, and the one and only Jerry Sandusky Award.

Round 97: Sue Everybody!

Football is heavy on the brain for your co-hosts, as the guys discuss NFL's Divisional playoff weekend and look ahead to the AFC and NFC Championship games. They also give you their thoughts on the hirings and firings of head coaches in the league.

A-Rod figures prominently once again, as an arbitrator has ruled that he must sit out the entire 2014 season. He's a part of this week's Sandusky proceedings, too, along with another celebrity.

Oh, and for all you Bank On Action fans, we even have some talk of the WWE Hall Of Fame, and some surprising omissions from the list.

Round 96: And The Winner Is...

At long last, the winner of the 2013 Jerry Sandusky Award is revealed. Who will join Mark Berndt and the Miramonte Elementary school teachers from 2012? All precincts are reporting, so there's no going back!

Before that, Tony breaks down the scintillating NFL Wild Card weekend of games. He gives you his perspective as to why the games unfolded the way that they did, and how he keeps on seeing things repeat themselves that shouldn't. He also looks ahead to this week's slate of the Divisional playoffs, which prompts him to talk about something suitable for the Pussification Of America segment.

There's also some talk about Florida State's exciting win over Auburn to claim the final BCS National Championship, and why Jameis Winston's accuser is after nothing but money.
